Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns

We understand that you may have concerns or doubts about our products. To ensure you receive the best products, we conduct 3-step quality checks on all items. Please note that factory outlet products, being limited editions, are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

In case of claiming any missing or damaged products, it’s mandatory to provide an unboxing video that offers a 360-degree view without any cuts or edits. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns, you can message us on Instagram regarding the specific product for clarification.

We gladly accept size exchanges for all Liriya exclusive collections. However, please ensure that the returned product is unused or unwashed. After the product is picked up, it will undergo a Quality check before the return process is initiated

Refunds for factory outlet products will only be issued in the event of a wrong delivery. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at liriya.trends@gmail.com. In your email, include the order number, details of the issue, and attach relevant pictures if necessary.

Refunds

If the return policy mentioned above is met, we will carefully examine the returned product and process your refund accordingly. Please note that the customer will be responsible for bearing the return courier charges.
